Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry struggled in Game 4 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but the MVP played like the MVP again in Game 5 as the Warriors staved off elimination to keep history alive. During the second quarter on Thursday, Curry scored seven points in 58 seconds, including this lefty layup:
That emotion after the basket? That’s what the Warriors were missing in their two games in Oklahoma City. Golden State started the game with the sort of energy you would expect in an elimination game, and Curry looked sharp througout. The challenge will be maintaining this against the undaunted Thunder back in Oklahoma City for Game 6.
