Swedish players certainly enjoyed their Monday night at the San Siro.
The Scandinavian nation held Italy to a goalless draw to book their place at next summer’s World Cup at the expense of the Azzurri.
Head coach Janne Andersson was in the middle of an interview with Eurosport after the historic encounter when a herd of players came charging towards the cameras.
The pitch-side studio desk quickly turned into a pile of plastic rubble as the Swedish players wildly celebrated.
Let’s hope the Swedish FA can afford to buy a new desk….excluding something of the flat-pack variety.
