MANILA, Philippines – Houston got even. But the Rockets also made sure to do it in a big way.

Taking control right in the second quarter, the Rockets coasted to a 127-105 victory over the Golden State Warriors to level the NBA Western Conference finals to 1-1 on May 16, Wednesday (May 17, Thursday in Manila) at the Toyota Center in Houston.

James Harden posted a double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds and Eric Gordon scored 27 as the Rockets erected double-digit leads early.

The Rockets overcame this time another big performance from Kevin Durant, who paced the Warriors with 38 points.

In Game 1, Durant erupted for 37 points to power the Warriors to a 119-107 victory. – Rappler.com
