Everton target Nikola Kalinic has agreed personal terms with AC Milan, according to reports in Italy.
The Fiorentina striker finished last season with 15 goals in Serie A and he is now a wanted man.
The Croatian has already snubbed a lucrative offer from China, while Everton view him as a possible replacement for Romelu Lukaku.
However, according to Gazzeta dello Sport, it is Milan who are leading the race for Kalinic after agreeing personal terms with him.
The 29-year-old has reportedly given the thumbs up to a four-year contract at the San Siro worth around £50,000-a-week.
Now, Milan must agree a fee with Fiorentina for Kalinic as their opening offer of just over £20m has been deemed too low.
