We have our say on Southgate’s XI for the opener in Russia

Gareth Southgate has named his England squad for this summer’s World Cup, meaning the countdown to the big kick-off has begun in earnest.
There have since been discussions over whether Southgate selected the correct 23 players, while fans have been trying to decide upon the strongest XI from the chosen group.
Ray Parlour has been doing just that, and he named his England XI on talkSPORT this morning.
